I’m thrilled to share some exciting news with you—my newsletter is moving to Substack! This new platform will allow me to connect with you on a deeper level and offer tools and insights to help transform your love life.

Why the Move?

As many of you know, I’ve spent years working with private clients, helping them navigate the complexities of dating and relationships. I’m also the author of two books on relationships. While I absolutely love these one-on-one sessions, my availability is limited. That’s why I wanted to create a space where I could reach and support even more people.

With Substack—and my new podcast—I’ll now offer live coaching on the podcast, interactive Q&As, and practical advice tailored to both singles and couples.

(As a little aside, for those interested as I was out of contact last year. It was a busy and rewarding time for me. I had the honor of delivering the keynote on The Science of Happiness and Workspace Design at the 2024 World Psychology Conference in London, spoke in several cities around the globe, and collaborated with corporate clients on their transformative workspace wellbeing initiatives—an area that continues to be a cornerstone of my expertise.)

What You’ll Get on Substack

On Substack, you’ll gain access to exciting features designed to help you navigate your personal love life challenges:

  • Live Podcast Coaching Sessions

Each month, I’ll dive deeply into a listener’s dilemma on the podcast, offering practical advice you can apply to your own life. If you—or a friend—are dealing with a similar issue, you’ll gain tailored insights and guidance. Then, you can ask your own question during a Q&A.

Some topics we’ve already tackled include:

    • How Can I Date a Big Personality Without Losing Myself?

    • Why Does My Dating Life Fall Apart at 6 Weeks - and How Can I Break the Pattern?

    • Why Am I Stuck Putting My Partner First and Feeling Unfulfilled?

    • Do I Have to Choose Between My Career and Finding Love?

    • What Should I Do When My Partner Uses My Vulnerability Against Me in an Argument?

Want free coaching? Apply to be on the podcast! Your identity will be protected - we’ll use only your first name, or you can choose a pseudonym if you prefer.

  • Live Q&As
Submit your personal questions, and I’ll provide tailored advice during live monthly or bi-monthly Q&A sessions. (Frequency depends on how many questions I get!) Many of you will find these sessions relatable and impactful. (Think of the Ask Sophie live advice series I did on the Huffington Post - if you remember that! Or the Balanced Life segment series I hosted on KTLA Morning Show)

  • Practical Tools and Insights
Actionable tips, meditations, quizzes, and thoughtful advice designed to help you create and maintain the love life you desire - whether you’re single, dating, or in a relationship.

What Do You Need to Do?

You don’t need to do anything - you’ll automatically be moved to Substack and continue receiving all my content.

If Substack isn’t for you, you can unsubscribe at any time. No hard feelings if you’re not interested or feel your love life doesn’t need a boost. Although you might want to recommend it to a friend or family member who is looking for actionable answers.

A Gift for You

To celebrate this move, all Substack content will be free for the first 90 days! After that, there will be a free option still and the exclusive features - like live Q&As, coaching discounts, meditations, and more - will be available to paid subscribers.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward transforming your relationships, stay tuned - I’m so excited to share this new journey with you.

Thank you for being part of my community. I can’t wait to see you on Substack and to help you out!

Warmly,
Dr. Sophie Keller
